A new month brings new opportunities to shine! October kicks off our monthly i-Ready Reading classroom contest at Old Shell Road. Our goal is for every student to pass two lessons each week with an average of 80% or higher. The class with the greatest participation in each grade will earn the trophy! Mrs. Barnes’ fifth-grade students had a blast learning about the Law of Conservation of Matter! They mixed baking soda and a citric acid solution to create a chemical reaction. Mrs. Barnes had just as much fun as they did! 🧪✨
